Drive the profit and sales success of the salon, achieving and exceeding sales targets Coordinate the salon and clients including bookings in conjunction with the Store Manager Assist store shop floor team when required, providing exceptional customer service where you and your customer will have memorable, meaningful interactions Maintaining specific breed clips, while consistently upholding grooming standards and brand/product knowledge Managing and coaching junior groomers Create strong safety mindset, committed to fostering a culture of safety within your team Do you have the below experience and looking to take the next step in your career?
